Conservation Commission OKs amended prior-meeting minutes

NH SANDOWN — Sandown Conservation Commission approves amended prior-meeting minutes, updates trail and conservation projects. The board unanimously approved public minutes from its January 8 meeting with amendments and approved non-public minutes 6-0 with one abstention from Pam Gaudreau, who was absent from that meeting. Commission Chairman Brian Butler set new protocols for motion formatting and individual distribution of non-public minutes, while members received updates on trail mapping at Wight Isle parking lot and abutters notification efforts at Hunt Pond Area.
The board also discussed selling conservation-themed merchandise at an upcoming March 21 meet-and-greet for new town residents.
