Planning Board approves 327 Main Street development with conditions

NH SANDOWN — Sandown board approves mixed-use development at 327 Main Street. The board voted 5-0 to advance DJV Properties' plan for a 2,745-square-foot commercial building, driveway, and parking lot modifications at Tax Map 10, Lot 38-1, contingent on state permits, fire department approval, and erosion-control guarantees recommended by Town Engineer Steve Keach. The board also unanimously released remaining PREA funds for the property and performance guarantees for Eversource Energy's H141 and R193 transmission line projects.
Three other development applications were continued to August 18: a 37,856-square-foot commercial building, a 21-unit residential subdivision, and a 32-cabin campground.
