NH SANDOWN — Planning Board approves Hersey Road two-lot subdivision with recreation waiver. The board unanimously approved Mark Calledare's subdivision at Tax Map 12 Lot 8, 25 Hersey Road, granting a waiver of onsite recreation requirements in exchange for a $1,000 voluntary donation to the Recreation Revolving Fund. The 6.02-acre property will retain an existing dwelling and create one new rear lot, with access via the existing Cronin's Landing private way.
Five applications were continued to October 20, including Noah Estates (NTV Builders, 21-unit residential subdivision), KRKR Trust site plan review, and Sanctuary Estates (32 recreational camping cabins).
