Sandown zoning board denies camping cabin variance rehearing

NH SANDOWN — Sandown zoning board votes 4-1 to reject rehearing on Main Street variance. The board concluded that proper procedure was followed at its December 2025 meeting regarding camping cabins proposed for 412 Main Street (Map 14, Lot 3-1), owned by Sanctuary Estates, LLC, with only Jeffrey Blake voting to grant Charles Pollano's rehearing application. Bergeron, Ardolino, and Chui each noted that ample time had been provided to both parties.
Chairman Joel Logiudice cited proper notice and procedural adherence. The vote closes the appeals process on this variance application.
