NH SANDOWN — Sandown Zoning Board of Adjustment restructures leadership and rejects incomplete variance application. At its April 30 meeting, the board voted unanimously to make Jason Chui a full-time member and elect him as chairman, with Joel Logiudice becoming vice-chair. The board also denied a variance application from Michael R.

Rulfs and Lori E. Gangi for their property at 3 Main Street, which proposed an addition and deck 24.2 feet from wetlands where 50 feet is required. The application was rejected as incomplete for lacking a required quarter-inch scale drawing.
