Zoning Board approves two residential variances

NH SANDOWN — Sandown Zoning Board approves two variances. Board unanimously backed a variance allowing Rob Morris to subdivide his 13 Cemetery Road lot, separating his existing dwelling from 20 undeveloped acres on 201 feet of Class VI Road frontage (4-0 vote), and approved James A. Whitlock, Jr.'s conversion of a studio/workshop to year-round dwelling at 48 Hersey Road without full HISS lot-sizing conformance (4-0).
A rehearing request by Charles Pollano regarding dwelling-unit definition at 412 Main Street was continued to a special hearing within 30 days of the January 15 request.
