Zoning Board approves two variance applications for commercial and residential projects

NH SANDOWN — Sandown Zoning Board of Adjustment approves two variance applications for mixed-use commercial and residential projects. The board unanimously approved KRKR Trust's mixed-use commercial building at Bobcat Way, which would combine contractor bay style business units with S-1 Moderate Hazard Storage in a single structure. A second variance for a residential addition at 3 Main Street, submitted by Michael R.

Rulfs and Lori E. Gangi, was conditionally approved 3-1-0, requiring additional drainage mitigation to reduce water runoff from the structure. Ryan Lavelle of Lavelle Associates represented both applicants.
