Zoning Board of Adjustment · Meeting of July 30, 2026

NH SANDOWN — Sandown Zoning Board unanimously approves two variances, rejects Sanctuary Estates rehearings. The board approved a variance for KRKR Trust to permit a mixed-use commercial building on Bobcat Way consisting of contractor bay-style units with office space and S-1 Moderate Hazard Storage occupancy, and accepted a variance application from Marc and Jennifer Marois for a single-family home at 18 Brian Street with reduced frontage of 175 feet versus the required 200 feet. The board separately rejected two motions for rehearing filed by Charles Pollano and Sandown Residents regarding a May 2026 decision on Sanctuary Estates, LLC, citing incomplete submissions lacking the required Rehearing Application form and fees.
