Sandown Old Home Day Committee approves $5,525 in vendor contracts

NH SANDOWN — Sandown approves $5,525 in spending for August Old Home Day celebration. The Old Home Day Committee unanimously backed the vendor contracts at its May 19 meeting, with President Anne Downing directing motions for entertainment, activities, and infrastructure: The Moonlight Band ($500), Wildlife Encounter ($650), ColorFul Kids for face painting ($525), and bounce houses and stage from Grand Rental ($3,300). The committee also allocated $350 for portable restrooms and $200 for supplies.
Old Home Day is scheduled for August 8, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
