Board approves five-year lease for Train Depot Museum

NH SANDOWN — Board of Selectmen approves five-year lease for Sandown Historical Society museum and accepts donation. The Board of Selectmen unanimously approved a five-year lease through December 31, 2029, for the Sandown Historical Society's Train Depot Museum, which will reopen May 16, 2026, under new President Tim Robinson. The board also unanimously accepted a $500 donation to the Oktoberfest Donation Trust Fund, consisting of $250 transferred electronically and $250 by check.

In other business, the board discussed planning for Teamsters Local 633 police union negotiations, with formal talks to begin in September.
