Conservation Commission defers Noah Estates decision pending plans

Conservation Commission · Meeting of July 9, 2026

NH SANDOWN — Conservation Commission defers Noah Estates, Phillips Pond permits pending revisions. The Sandown board reviewed two major applications Thursday: a 21-unit subdivision at 112 Little Mill Road proposing 1,645 square feet of wetland fill, and a Phillips Pond retaining wall replacement project. The commission requested substantial revisions to both applications before proceeding, citing concerns about wetland protection, drainage, well placement, and plan clarity.

Applicants were directed to address feedback and submit revised drawings; no votes were taken.
