Selectmen approve $85,000 in impact fees for schools

NH SANDOWN — Sandown selectmen approve $85,000 impact-fee transfer to schools for capital improvements. Chairman Eric Olsen and three colleagues voted unanimously to forward the funds from the $131,033.94 in impact fees collected as of April 30 from new-home construction. The board also unanimously approved a one-year Train Depot Museum lease extension and appointed Jason Chui as a full-time Zoning Board of Adjustments member.
Town Clerk/Tax Collector Down Nicolaisen announced her resignation effective May 18, with the board expressing appreciation for her service.
