Board approves warrant in emergency weather session

NH SANDOWN — Sandown Board of Selectmen convenes emergency session to sign 2026 town warrant before snowstorm. The five-member board, led by Chairman Eric Olsen, met January 22 in an unscheduled evening session to complete the warrant signing ahead of a Monday posting deadline threatened by inclement weather. The board unanimously recommended the Operating Budget (Warrant Article 2) and Petition Warrant Article 16, unanimously removed the "Special" designation from Warrant Article 14, and unanimously rejected Petition Warrant Article 17.
Town Administrator Lynne Blaisdell coordinated the early session due to office closure concerns.
