Planning Board approves Cemetery Road subdivision for family planning

NH SANDOWN — Sandown Planning Board approves Cemetery Road subdivision for family planning purposes. The board voted unanimously to approve the application by Virgina Morris Trust 2012 to subdivide the property at 13 Cemetery Road (Tax Map 5 Lot 3) into two separate lots, allowing the existing home to be separated onto its own lot. Town engineer Steve Keach confirmed all regulatory requirements were met.
The board also granted a waiver for on-site recreation space requirements and unanimously accepted Brian Luongo as an alternate member.
