Planning board accepts three applications, approves farm-stand conversion

NH SANDOWN — Sandown Planning Board approves farm stand and accepts three new development applications. The board unanimously approved a seasonal farm stand at 323 Main Street for Christy Ortins and accepted three development applications under jurisdiction for downtown expansion. NTV Builders LLC's Noah Estates, a 21-unit condominium subdivision at 112 Little Mill Road, passed 7-0, as did two DJV Properties LLC applications at 327 Main Street for a commercial building to house relocated Bruchetti's Pizza restaurant and retail space.

The approvals advance multiple downtown projects toward public hearings scheduled for July 21.
