Planning Board continues hearings on four major applications

NH SANDOWN — Sandown Planning Board continues four major development hearings. The board deferred decisions on applications from NTV Builders, LLC for a 21-unit residential subdivision (Noah Estates) and The Sanctuary Estates, LLC for a 32-unit recreational camping complex with approximately 320-foot driveway and parking for 40 vehicles. A commercial building application from KRKR Trust for a 37,856-square-foot building was taken under jurisdiction before the applicant requested continuation.
All applications were continued to the September 15 meeting.
