Selectmen Renew Ambulance Agreement Despite Rate Increases

NH SANDOWN — Sandown Selectmen renew ambulance agreement with rate increases. The board unanimously approved renewal of the inter-municipal ALS transport pact with Plaistow, with Advanced Life Support rates rising to $115 for ALS-1 and $327 for ALS-2 per call. Captain Jon Goldman presented, noting the town pays only when services are used.
The board also appointed Benjamin Winter and Elizabeth Lombard as Election Inspectors through July 2026, named John White and Daniel Hewett to the Zoning Board of Adjustment through March 2029, and hired Emily Leonard as a per diem EMS employee at $17.15 per hour.
