Conservation Commission approves $1,200 for property mapping project

NH SANDOWN — Sandown Conservation Commission votes $1,200 for property mapping expansion. The commission unanimously approved the allocation from its land use change tax fund to enable Cartographic Associates to connect and import parcels from town assessing data, automatically incorporating newly acquired properties into the layer. The unanimous vote also approved minutes from the previous April 9 meeting and heard updates on the May 2 Fishing Derby, conservation property abutters correspondence, magnet designs, and Red Barn historic registration with UNH.
Ms. McClary seeded the Wells Village meadow with three pounds of wildflower seeds, and members completed trail work on Odell Road conservation property.
