Municipal Records Committee approves vault disposal of municipal records

NH SANDOWN — Sandown's Municipal Records Committee unanimously approves destruction of archived vault records. The panel cleared materials from the Selectmen's Office, Finance Department, Town Clerk, and Treasurer after verifying compliance with state retention schedule RSA 33-A. Members included Town Administrator Lynne Blaisdell, Finance Director Gayle Hamel, Treasurer Erica Olsen, Selectman Eric Olsen, and Deputy Town Clerk Tanya Gaynor, convening to facilitate the annual vault cleaning.
Northeast Record Retention will shred materials Thursday, February 5th.
