Planning Board · Meeting of January 20, 2026

NH SANDOWN — Sandown Planning Board approves Eureka Circle subdivision, continues Sanctuary cabin project review. The board conditionally approved Annette Titorenko's application to subdivide her property at Tax Map 3, Lot 12, into two buildable lots; the motion passed unanimously. Sanctuary Estates, LLC's application for 32 recreational camping cabins at 412 Main Street (Tax Map 14, Lot 3-1) was continued to February 17, 2026, after the board received 13 letters of opposition and heard resident testimony on water usage, parking, fire truck access, and compatibility with the town's rural character.

Fire Chief Michael Devine confirmed that fire safety compliance could be met if a fire truck reached within 200 feet of the buildings.
